According to results of last research of international realty firm ERA the real estate market cheered up after the period of stagnation. Great Britain became the leader of property sale and purchase transactions in 2004/2005: 1200000 real estate deals were made in the United Kingdom (compare: in France were made 797500 deals, in Greece - 110000, in Portugal - 300000).

Most of all real estate proprietors of (in percentage of all population of the country) live in Spain (87%), and the most expensive meters are in Luxembourg: on the average cost of a flat 100 square meters makes 470 thousand euro. In Paris, Vienna, Berlin purchase of similar habitation will cost 261181, 226000 and 185000 euros accordingly. Certainly, it is average cost. And it is very easy to find a flat for one million euros.
