Purchasing real estate in Denmark is a little bit more difficult than in the majority of the European countries. To buy real estate it is necessary for non-residents to receive the sanction of the Ministry of Justice of Denmark. There are also additional restrictions on purchase of summer houses in resort areas of the country, at the coast.
